You can reach us 24/7 via email and you can expect to have a reply within 1 working day except during really busy sales periods and in that case it might take slightly longer but we will always get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Why doesn't Four Oaks have a phone number?

With being an online store we do not yet have a call centre although now and again you might receive an automated response via email all our channels are manned by humans and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

 

What information do we need?

Make sure you give us as much information as possible regarding your order e.g. your order number (#ORD1005428), Your email address, pictures etc... this will ensure we have all the information we need to answer any questions you have as soon as possible.
